You have no idea how happy I am that today is Friday. It’s just been one of those weeks for me and well, at this point all I can really do is be happy this week is finally coming to an end. Of course, to celebrate the end of the week and a whole bunch of great music, I present to you this week’s KPOS playlist. Woo!
As I’m sure you’ve noticed, there was some pretty fantastic music released this week. I’m always a fan of Eddy Kim so I needed no convincing to love his newest release but I have to say, pairing up with Lee Sung Kyung was pretty much awesome. I thought the cover Lovey & EXY did of iKON’s “취향저격” was rather wonderful, though maybe that’s because I’m just a little too much in love with iKON, I can’t really see clearly, even when they’re not actually in the picture… (Yeah, I’m hopeless.) I was surprised by how much I loved Might Mouth’s “Nice 2 Meet U” but maybe I shouldn’t have been seeing as how the song was produced by Zico and again, I’m a hopeless fangirl whose heart is very easily swayed by its own nonsense. I also really enjoyed Yang Da Il, Lamb C and Lou.de’s new tracks and was completely blown away by Inlayer’s “Mindjack.” I was so not expecting SM’s Station to release a metal track but they did and it was fantastic! Of course dance practices are always fun and I rather enjoyed giggling my way though UP10TION’s. I also had to add GOT7’s “This Love” performance to this list because everyone in the world needs to watch that video a thousand times over. (Or maybe that’s just me…) Of course SEVENTEEN’s “Pretty U” is fantastic but I’ve already squeed enough over those cuties so I’ll just wrap up here by asking what you thought of this week’s MV releases.
