Making Monday Better: A Scary Good Halloween Playlist

With Halloween just a few days away, I thought it might be fun to take a little break from the endless ONE OK ROCK playlists and do a little something to celebrate this day of spooky goodness!

I suppose I should start off by saying that if you’re looking for a K-Pop filled Halloween playlist, this isn’t it. I guess that’s kind of obvious when Jack the Pumpkin King is headlining this list, but still, I just wanted to make sure I avoided any confusion. That being said, if a spooky K-Pop playlist is what you’re looking for, I’ve got you covered! A few yeas ago I made the ultimate K-Pop Halloween playlist and well, it might be a little dated but when it comes to Halloween, does that really matter? I think this current playlist would prove that it does not!

I thought that this year, instead of focusing strictly on K-Pop, I’d just make a playlist full of all sorts of creepy fun. And when I say “all sorts” I really mean ALL sorts! This playlist is about as eclectic as they come. Which, I suppose, gives you a pretty good idea of what my actual music collection looks like. I’ve gathered music from all over the place for this Halloween inspired playlist which, in all honesty, is what makes it so fun. There really is something for (almost) everyone. So have fun listening your way through this one and if you have any songs you think would be a good addition, let me know. Maybe I’ll add them! My adventures on Friday must have worn me out because I actually slept in until 7 Saturday morning! Woohoo! Of course everyone else in my room had the good sense to still be asleep at 7 so I got myself dressed and headed to the hotel lobby to call home and tell the family I was still alive and well. WHEN KCON CALLS THE ZOMBIE ANSWERS: MY ADVENTURES IN LA – DAY 3

Once again I found myself awake and some ungodly hour but rather than spend the next couple of hours drooling over the pretty posters I was surrounded by, I decided it’d be better for me to just get up and get ready for the day. Knowing I was going to be speaking in front of who knows how many people in a matter of hours, I spent a rather embarrassing amount of time trying to pull a miraculously fabulous outfit out of my suitcase. I failed on the fabulous but I did managed to put something together that met with the approval of my “stylists.” (Aka my group of Chicago friends who remind me, on an almost daily basis, that I’m not nearly as hideous as I believe I am… Oh, what would I do without them?) With an outfit agreed upon I got myself put together in a reasonable amount of time, as did everyone else in the house, and before I knew it, we were off! It’s hard to believe a week ago I was surrounded by tens of thousands of Hallyu loving fans from around the world, all gathered together to celebrate one epic weekend of awesome, but I was. (Talk about having your mind blown!) In an effort to keep this most epic of weekends from being lost in the depths of my decaying zombie brain, I’m sitting here, ready to document my adventures.
