TUESDAY’S TEASE on a Wednesday???

I know it may seem kinda silly, putting up my regular Tuesday post on a Wednesday but Valentine’s Day threw everything off this week and well, there are a couple of things I really, REALLY need to squee write about, so here I am!

Those of you who know me can probably already guess what it is I’m most anxious to squee over. Actually, I’m sure no one has to guess because I have a feeling all of these photos have kinda given me away. Even so, I haven’t been able to shut-up about these boys since before they debuted early last year so why would that change now? *snickers* Oh, ASTRO! What have you done to me!?! Before you came into my life, I had… Well, what did I have, really? One less group to squee over, I suppose, but was I really living? No. No I was not. *sigh* This little group of sunshine has made my life so much brighter, I can’t help but be excited every time they make another comeback. In fact, I’ve been counting down the days until this comeback since the very first rumors of it dropped over a month ago. It really does feel like ASTRO has been gearing up for this comeback for ages but the teasing didn’t officially start until this week and OH MY SWEET SQUISHY BUNNIES! I don’t think I’m gonna survive!

Nope! Survival isn’t even an option for me anymore. I’m so flipping excited that my little sunny bunnies are making this comeback, my heart’s probably gonna explode before the album even drops. I love that ASTRO is wrapping up their debut year with the last of their season-themed albums, Winter Dream. It feels like such a fitting way to say goodbye to the old year and hello to the new and this concept is so perfect in demonstrating just how much these boys have grown over the past year. Oh, I’m so full of fangirl pride, my heart could just burst! Here’s hoping I can hold on at least long enough to give this album a listen! Suddenly, February 22 feels like a million years away! *sobs*

On the drama side of things, I’m very much looking forward to JTBC’s upcoming drama, Strong Woman Do Bong Soon. The story seems to have a pretty typical rom-com basis, with a standard love triangle between the story’s heroine, Do Bong Soon (Park Bo Young), her long-time childhood friend, In Kook Doo (Ji Soo), and a chaebol heir, An Min Hyuk (Park Hyung Sik). However, the fact that Bong Soon possesses supernatural strength adds a unique twist to things and I’m really looking forward to seeing how her strength ties into the story. I’m sure a lot of the time, it will be used as slapstick fodder more than anything else, but there has to be more of a reason why she was given such strength than the occasional comic relief, and I really wanna know what that is. Beyond that, I’m just super excited to see Park Bo Young, Park Hyung Sik and Ji Soo all together in a drama. They’re all adorable and wonderful, which is great in and of itself, but the fact that this drama looks like it’s going to be a whole lot of fun, is kind of just the icing on the cake, so to speak.

Oh! I do have to warn you, if you start looking into this drama and you happen to stumble upon all of the preview videos JTBC has on their drama YouTube channel, DON’T WATCH THEM! You’re guaranteed to fall for the cast immediately and then you’ll be doomed, like me, to spend this next week crying because the first episode doesn’t air until February 24! *wails*

While it’s true there are other things I’m looking forward to, both in the world of K-Pop and dramas, these are the two that have me most excited at the moment. The question is, are there any upcoming dramas and/or comebacks that have you excited? I’d love to hear about them in the comments below!
