TUESDAY’S TEASE: SEVENTEEN, UP10TION and Fantasy Dramas Galore!

3I’m convinced the best way to fight off a cold is by overdosing on all things Hallyu. There’s really nothing better for the ailing fangirl than a solid day of drama watching and an overdose of K-Pop cuteness. (Or so I’ve been telling myself the past couple of days as I’ve laid on the couch willing my head not to explode…)

mean

Even as I fight off this hell-bug, I’ve been able to muster up the strength to squeal over the never-ending flood of K-Pop comebacks and all the beautiful torture that comes with their teasing. I’ve been especially shaken by the flood of photos SEVENTEEN recently released.

AUGH! HAVE MERCY!

I don’t know what it is about black & white photos but they’ve always been a favorite of mine and this set of photos perfectly explains why! Good gracious! I have no idea what these boys have in store for us, or when they plan on unleashing it on the world, but I have a feeling that when it hits, it’s going to be the death of me.

UP10TION has been doing a really good job of helping me fight off this cold as well. Over this past week they’ve released not one but two sets of teaser photos and a MV teaser that has me feeling all kinds of happy.

The fact that they’re all hockey players in this stirs all my upper Midwest fangirl feelings. There’s something about idols and hockey together that I just can’t resist! Needless to say, I’m very much looking forward to the full MV which is scheduled to drop, along with the album, at midnight on November 21.

Because lying on the couch, binging on dramas, has been the extent of my activities this week, I can’t help but direct some of my squealing in that direction. Two official posters for Lee Min Ho’s upcoming drama, The Legend of the Blue Sea, have been released recently and yes, I’m very much excited about watching this drama. I think mostly because it’s such a unique concept. I mean when was the last time we had a good mermaid romance drama to watch?

Also inducing my drama-related squees is the new trailer for Gong Yoo’s upcoming drama, Goblin. I don’t even need to say anything about this, I just have to shut up and let you watch it. Which is exactly what I’m gonna do…

AAAAUUUUUGGGGGHHHHHHHH!!! THIS LOOKS SOOOOO GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOD!!!

I know it’s silly to get so excited about dramas when there’s never any guarantee that they’ll actually be good but c’mon! Even if the dramas suck, I’ll have a legit excuse to swoon over both Lee Min Ho and Gong Yoo for hours on end and that’s enough to get me excited. (Yes, I am pathetic. I know this. But that’s okay.)

I’m sure there’s more out there I could be squealing over but really, I can’t handle much more than this at the moment. (I blame the sickness… It’s seriously hindering my fangirling! *sigh*) What I can do is ask which teasers out there have gotten you excited. Let me know in the comments below!
