TUNE OF THE WEEK: BTS “Danger”

Danger 3

Okay, so I wasn’t going to write a “Tune of the Week” post this week because I’ve only just finished up all of my KCON shenanigans and to be honest, I’m still whooped from my trip but BTS had to go and release “Danger” this week and well, there was no way I was going to miss a chance to tell the world just how amazing this song is so…

“Danger” is everything you’d expect from a group of boys who’d just spent an entire month in Los Angeles, training with the likes of Coolio and Warren G. Danger 4Despite what Rap Monster says about Jimin’s jams, the Bangtan Boys have come back in a big way, with incredible vocals, solid rap and choreography every bit as tight as it was the night they performed at KCON 2014. Seriously, these boys are on fire at the moment and the only thing I can think of as I watch their MV is: When the heck are BTS going to tour the U.S.? Because really, that needs to happen. Like, now.

If you’re new to K-Pop or one of those people who have never really bothered to give BTS a listen,Danger 6 I’d highly recommend you start paying attention to them and there’s no better song to start with than “Danger”. Just know that once you start listening to these boys, you’re going to find yourself addicted and before you know it, you’ll be roaming the aisles of your neighborhood grocery store singing “We are bulletproof!” while your fellow shoppers give you strange looks… Or is that just me?

Of course I’m sure there are some of you out there who have a differing opinion on BTS and their latest MV release,Danger 1 “Danger” just as I’m sure there are some out there who couldn’t agree with me more. Whatever side of the fence you’re on, I’d love to hear what you think of BTS, “Danger” or just K-Pop in general so be sure to leave me a comment below!

Oh, and if you’re an A.R.M.Ys as hopelessly addicted to BTS as I am, you might like to check out the pics I was able to take of them during the Danny From L.A. taping at KCON 2014, which you can find here. Enjoy!
