I think I must be really sick of winter or something because I can’t seem to get enough of the adorable spring-ish feeling MVs that keep popping up as I wander the vast expanse of YouTubeLand. Today as I was exploring, I came across JJCC’s latest release and well… I think you already know what’s coming next.
Making their comeback a couple of days ago, JJCC is back and this time they’ve decided to forgo their usual darker, tougher image for one that’s cute and adorable and perfectly boyfriend-ish, which is basically exactly what you’d expect for a comeback at this time of year.
I know a lot of people aren’t a fan of the cutesie concepts but there’s something about them that justmakes me happy; which means I’m pretty much hopeless when it comes to being able to resist a comeback as bright and cheery as this one. What can I say, I’m a sucker for anything that makes me feel like the dark, depressing days of winter are on their way out and the brighter, happier days of spring are here for good. I might also be a sucker for adorable boys who sing and dance and melt hearts with their smiles but that’s beside the point… Or maybe that is the point???
Any way you look at it, JJCC’s “ToDay” is a cute, peppy little ditty that makes me smile which is why I’m sitting here rambling on like the crazy zombie I am. Sometimes you just gotta let out the squee, ya know? So… SQUEEEEEEEEEE! THIS VIDEOÂ IS SO CUTE I’M GONNA DIE! Okay, there, I’m better now.
If you haven’t given JJCC much attention up to this point, maybe you ought to give “ToDay” a try. It’s definitely a different feel from their previous MVs and personally, I welcome the change. Of course, for those of you who’ve been squeeing over JJCC since their debut, I wanna know… What do you think of this brighter feeling comeback?
