The best thing about a Taiwanese drama is that as you watch a single episode, you’re taken through an entire range of emotions that most other drams take you weeks to get through and this week’s episode of Fall in Love With Me is no exception… I laughed, I cried and my heart went pit-a-pat on more than one occasion! As I’m sure you all know, with the recent, tragic ferry accident in South Korea, the entertainment industry has all but come to a stand-still which means picking a new song for my “Tune of the Week” has become something of a challenge. Because I would hate to come across as insensitive and/or uncaring, I’ve decided to go back and feature an “older” tune that I didn’t get a chance to feature at the time of its release in the hopes that we can find something to make us smile in a time where smiles are difficult to come by. Does anyone else get the feeling that Xiao Lu isn’t going to be able to keep his true identity hidden for long? I mean we’re only two episodes in and already he’s been accused of being Lu Tian Xing more times than I can count and at the end of this week’s episode, Hong Xiu Luan is mere centimeters away from grabbing Xiao Lu’s shoulder and therefore instantly uncovering his identity. While I don’t really suspect that Lu Tian Xing will actually be discovered my the beginning of the third episode, I do think that he’s going to experience a whole lot of “close calls” between now and that overly dramatic and crucial moment the truth comes out.
