Zombie: To wrap up the month of February, we’ve decided to each pick a MV from the past month to talk about (or drool over…) so let’s get to it…

KpopKolorado:  Do you want us to do C-Clown, Nelly?

Nelly: Yes. My current crack song now 😀

KpopKolorado: Ah, okay, just for you missienelly, I’ll watch C-Clown. 🙂 Even though I wasn’t able to even get through the first minute of the MV when I tried watching it last week,  I’ll give it another shot.

missienelly: I’m ready to watch!

KpopKolorado: Haven’t you watched it a bunch already Nelly?

missienelly: Saw once, but listened to it all the time from my iTunes 😉

Zombie: Alright, let’s do this!

KpopKolorado: siiiiJAK! (시작)

Zombie: So, you said you couldn’t even get through the first minute the first time you tried to watch this. How’d you fare this time?

KpopKolorado: Yah, it’s lack of originality killed it for me.  I bought the song on iTunes and love it, but the MV with it’s ‘warrior theme’ is just too much like BTS and Topp Dogg and they completely nailed it, so by comparison, this was kind of a downer to watch.  It’s more fun this time though cuz I already love the song and have loved C-Clown for 5ever.

missienelly: It has that Topp Dogg sound to it, especially with the gong sound. To be honest, I’m not used to this hearing C-Clown like this. It’s certainly different.

KpopKolorado: Word.  I’m more partial to the ballad-y C-Clown fo shizzle

missienelly: That’s right… they are exploring I guess…

Zombie: I’m cool with artists exploring new territory if what they find is pleasing to the ears and I think “Justice” is, so it’s all good.

missienelly: I especially love the chorus part…

Zombie: It makes you want to dance… Or is that just me?

missienelly: I’m dancing now! And it’s a great workout song! Just stick your tongue out at the “ha!” part. lol

KpopKolorado:  Rome certainly has become a man  *coughpedonoonacough*… at least he’s of legal age…whew – I had to Google to make sure 😀

Zombie: hahaha! At least you’ve found the bright spot in this MV, he should make up for its otherwise lacking qualities, right?

KpopKolorado: kekeke yes.. Have you seen the pics on Rome’s Instagram? He’s def a bright spot in the lives of many a fangirl… unf

missienelly: To be honest, I’ve been listening to their songs all the time but never, NEVER, curious in getting to know them. I fail as a fan! LOL

Zombie: I wouldn’t say that…

KpopKolorado: Well, that’s all I have to say about the MV…I’m already bored.  Let’s move on to another one  🙂

missienelly: Sadly, I love the song but not the MV. they should go back to doing ballad songs again coz they rock it in “Solo and Cold” and whatever else I couldn’t remember… lol They aren’t as big as other kpop groups too… too bad.

Zombie: Yeah, it pains me to say this but this MV isn’t really anything special. There’s nothing in it that stands out and makes me go “Wow!” Fun song, boring MV and so we move on to KpopKolorado’s MV: BTS “Boy in Luv”

missienelly: Yeah, I love this song!!!!!!! If only you can see my dance move now!

Zombie: I’d dancing with you!!!

KpopKolorado: YYYYAAASSSS!! You guys know that they were on “Let’s Dance” and taught the main point steps, right? Check it:

Zombie: Ugh! These boys are just too cute, acting all tough…

missienelly: Say what you want…. wae molla….

Zombie: *singing with Nelly* Gah! I love this song!

KpopKolorado: This MV should have both a 19+ rating as well as a pedo noona warning cuz I kennot with the maknae Jungkook nor the blonde bombshell, Rap Monster.

missienelly: I agree, they are so freaking young!!!! They could be my son!Bbut who cares… I’m fangirling now 😉

KpopKolorado: Lol they are all of legal age except Jungkook… sexy, classy, thigh boy…oops did I say that out loud?

missienelly: Omo! How old is this boy?????

KpopKolorado: He’s a ‘97 liner  EEK!  16 in U.S. years :/  Damn…I should just arrest myself…

missienelly: 16? *head desk* I just joined Jen’s pedonoona club now!

Zombie: And that just ruined this whole MV for me… He’s only six years older than my oldest daughter… I’m done! I officially feel ancient… *curls up in ball and cries*

missienelly: ROFL or rather *sitting in a rocking chair, rocking it like mad and biting nails like a nervous addict*

KpopKolorado: HAHAHAHHAHA!  I’m older than the both of you! LMAO and  *weeping*

Zombie: For a second there I thought you were going to say *sitting in a rocking chair, knitting while the rest of the world fangirl spazzes over your daughter’s new boyfriend* Yeah, I’m totally depressed now!!!

KpopKolorado: AHJUMMA ALERT! kekek  So glad that Namjoonie (Rap Monster) is my bias – cuz he’s 21 and can drink and stuff…  heyyyyy Namjoon <3

missienelly: More like halmeoni alert! Oi!

KpopKolorado: Bahahhaha OMG you did NOT!!

Zombie: Wow! I can feel the love!!! Maybe we should pick a new MV before I’m scarred for life! These boys are killing me!

missienelly: Palli, Zombie palli! Pick one!

KpopKolorado: On a serious note though, this MV is jinjja daebak!  It shocked the hell outta me the first time I saw it, cuz I was like “How did they know???” I felt like girls’ secrets were being revealed big time!  Also, I get that people are saying they copied EXO with the whole school uniform theme, etc., but their choreography is always so original and my BABY THUGZ GO HARD!.  It really impressed me – and it’s not just cuz I’ve been a huge fan since I saw “No More Dream” on Inkigayo last year.  They have true passion and originality and I love how each of their individual personalities is displayed in this MV.

missienelly: Frankly I’m just okay with this MV but the dance move is sure fascinating to watch. I’m more drawn to the song itself. It’s catchy, it’s awesome and the beat is great!

Zombie: Seriously! Every time I watch this MV I’m amazed at how much it gets to me. It’s just so… I can’t even… That whole “bad boy” image they’ve got going on is lethal but when they get to that bridge (aka confession) I just lose it… What girl doesn’t secretly want to win the heart of the hot bad boy? *swoon*

KpopKolorado: Right?!! That’s what I meant by the whole “How did they know” thing above 🙂

Zombie: Oh, I knew exactly what you meant! It’s like they made this MV just for me (and the rest of the fangirl world of course… Can’t be selfish now, can I?)

missienelly: If you notice on the YT page, the ent company (1theK) is former Loen Music. So they are experienced in making great MVs

KpopKolorado: Does Jimin’s mopping the bathroom and creepily smiling at Kookie in the next urinal make anyone else question this MV though?  Ahhhhhhccckkk!  If there’s one thing I NEVER want to see in a hot boy MV:  it’s peeing…

Zombie: Bwahahaha! I’m not really sure why peeing is what all bad boys do in MVs. G-Dragon peed on a wall in “Crooked.” Apparently only the baddest of the bad boys pee…

KpopKolorado: HAHAHAH!!  GD did it in a really funny way though with lifting his leg to shake…kekekekek!  Jimin is just…uh….well, creepy.

missienelly: You ladies can say all you want… I’m just drawn to the flower boys hehehe *pedonoona in effect*

KpopKolorado: Wait, if you’re still drooling over Jungkook, then it’s ‘statutory rape noona in effect’ lol

missienelly: I have officially ripped their tight shirts off in my head…

Zombie: OMO! We better move on before you get yourself into trouble!

missienelly: *drools all over the place* Yes, let’s move on! Next MV, please!

KpopKolorado: Oh, I also wanted to mention – for anyone else even remotely considering making yet another MV where all of the members are in love with one girl – THIS CONCEPT MAKES GIRLS APPEAR TO BE TWO- OR TWELVE-TIMING HO’S!!  So, jebal kumane!

Zombie: HERE! HERE!

KpopKolorado: What’s the next MV please?? Keeping in the hot boys of February theme, of course. 🙂

Zombie: Gaaah! The pressure is killing me!!!

KpopKolorado: We can move even further into the depths of Hell with ALPHABAT… They’re like 9 year olds…

Zombie: Oh please no! I need someone I can drool over without feeling like lightning may strike me at any moment!!!

missienelly: Me too! I want mannish boys like VIXX!

KpopKolorado: GOT7 or Rain then?  He’s old by our standards 😉

Zombie: *dies laughing* Rain… OLD… I’m dying…

missienelly: Rain oppa? Hell to the NO!

Zombie: I was really wanting to do K.Will’s “Peppermint Chocolate” just to throw everyone off but since you demand I pick a MV full of hot boys… (though in my defense, Hongbin and N do make an appearance at the end, that would satisfy Nelly’s demand for VIXX… sort of…)

missienelly: Oooooh I like “Peppermint Chocolate” but it doesn’t fit in with the theme.

KpopKolorado: No…he doesn’t fit the theme…neither does Rain tbh… GOT7,ToppDogg, BTS, Alphabat, C-Clown, VIXX, but they didn’t come out with anything this month…, TVXQ, Boys Republic, or SPEED

Zombie: So, to keep with the theme, I’m going to have to go with…

missienelly: *drum rolls*

missienelly: So Boys Republic it is!

KpopKolorado: Okay, Boys Republic…go!

Zombie: So the first hundred times I listened to this song I was like, “Hey, it’s pretty cool,” but at about 101 I realized it’s really not as exciting as I’d originally thought… Musically, that is. It’s very repetitive. The MV, however, is quite the visual treat!

missienelly: What an interesting song! MV is… okay. Just bunch of boys bouncing here and there…

Zombie: LOL! I just said this song was boring and you said it was interesting… We’re so confused!

missienelly: I’m not sure where they are going with the song and that’s why I said interesting. It’s like dance meet pop meet ballad. Lots of minor notes in this song.

KpopKolorado: Oh!  I’ve never heard/watched this one….three notes in and I’m like YAASSSS!!  I’ll brb gonna research if their back-up dancers are from Prepix.  Google is saying that this song is the first in their “Fantasy Trilogy”  cool.  The dance is hype!  I love the “canon dance” and the “airplane dance”!

Zombie: The “Fantasy Trilogy” idea is cool, though I’m hoping the “fantasy” part of that includes a bit more variety in their musical composition… Their dancing is the best part of this MV. Well that and, oh crap, my halmeoni brain has totally lost his name… the blue hair… I’m totally loving the blue hair!

missienelly: Exactly! There is no “video game” or “fantasy” element in this song at all. Well… there are, at the beginning and ending part.

KpopKolorado: Hey pedo noonas…got any biases in this group?  This is the first song I’ve ever heard, so I don’t know them well enough to have any 🙁

missienelly: That blue hair dude caught my eyes 😀

KpopKolorado: lol…if you can’t actually name them, then, that’s a NO.

Zombie: LOL! So I pick the only MV that doesn’t have anyone drooling. Dang it! I really am a halmeoni!!!

KpopKolorado: I’m drooling over the song and the dance moves, so there 😛 and I will listen/watch more of their stuff so I can choose my bias…yayz

missienelly: Sorry… pass.

Zombie: Well, I suppose it’s not a total loss then… Since I failed so miserably, can I just put up “Peppermint Chocolate” so I can watch Hongbin and N dance? It might make me feel better… 😉

KpopKolorado: This MV was a win!!  Good pick!

Zombie: Awww! Thanks for trying to make me feel better! LOL! I promise I’ll try not to be such a halmeoni next time! Haha!
