K-POP ONE-STOP: May 29 – June 5, 2015

sleeping

I can’t believe it’s actually Friday already but it is and that means it’s time to take a look at some of this past week’s K-Pop music video releases. Yippee! (Pardon the enthusiasm, it’s just that new music always makes me super happy.) Continue reading “K-POP ONE-STOP: May 29 – June 5, 2015”

TUNE OF THE WEEK: EXO “Love Me Right”

hanging out

You know, when both Big Bang and EXO make a comeback in the same week, it’s really hard not to pick one of them to feature as my Tune of the Week. So rather than spend countless hours scouring the internet for a worthy Tune to compete with the two, I’ve decided to just cave to the pressure and go with one of them because, quite frankly, there’s no reason to fight this one. Both tracks are worthy to be featured in my weekly post but I’ve opted for EXO this time around. Why? You mean you need more of a reason than because it’s EXO? Continue reading “TUNE OF THE WEEK: EXO “Love Me Right””

ZOMBIE’S DRAMA REVIEW: Mask Episodes 1-2

best meet cute ever

It feels like ages since I last reviewed a really dramatic drama so I figured it was about time I gave it another go. At first I had no idea which drama to choose but I’ve had several friends talking about Mask and had another recommend I review it so I decided to give this one a chance and… Whew! I’m so glad I did! These first two episodes have me hooked so… Are you ready to join me in a new review? I hope so because there’s much to discuss and I don’t really want to sit here talking to myself. (I’m not the best conversationalist.) Continue reading “ZOMBIE’S DRAMA REVIEW: Mask Episodes 1-2”

ZOMBIE’S DRAMA REVIEW: Producer Episodes 5-6

sleeping on the bus

Before we talk about this week’s episodes I just have to ask, is anyone else falling hard for Baek Seung Chan or am I alone in my swooning? Something tells me Cindy and I aren’t the only ones charmed by his cuteness but I had to ask anyway, just to make sure. Now that that’s out of the way, let’s discuss this week’s episodes, shall we? Continue reading “ZOMBIE’S DRAMA REVIEW: Producer Episodes 5-6”

FRIDAY NIGHT DRAMA: Sensory Couple

a moment

It feels like forever since I last wrote one of these FNDs and I do apologize for that. Life has taken a turn for the busier and it’s been a little difficult to keep up. However, one of my most recent favorite dramas just ended and I couldn’t let an opportunity to talk about it go by because that would just be wrong! I mean when you’ve got the likes of Park Yoo Chun and Shin Se Kyung pairing up in a drama, you know it’s gonna be good! Continue reading “FRIDAY NIGHT DRAMA: Sensory Couple”

ZOMBIE’S DRAMA REVIEW: Producer Episodes 3-4

umbrella couple

With the first two introductory episodes out of the way, it’s time to dig into the meat of this story and I have to say, I’m pleased with the way things are shaping up. Our undefined geometrical love shape is slowly morphing into a more clearly defined shape as the roles our main characters are going to take are also becoming more clearly defined. Though it’s still too early to make any safe assumptions, it’s not too early to enjoy the wit and humor of this quirky and rather enjoyable drama. Continue reading “ZOMBIE’S DRAMA REVIEW: Producer Episodes 3-4”

ZOMBIE’S T-DRAMA REVIEW: Someone Like You Episode 20

sailing to happiness

Well my friends, the end of this twenty week trip of crazy has finally come to the end and I don’t know if it’s because of my recent head injury or if I’ve finally come to some Zen-like state of mind but I somehow managed to watch this final episode without blowing anything up. Yes, it was hard. Yes, there were moments when I wanted to scream but I decided it would be much better for my health to become a duck and just let everything roll off my back like water. That being said, we still have much to discuss so let’s get to it. Continue reading “ZOMBIE’S T-DRAMA REVIEW: Someone Like You Episode 20”

ZOMBIE’S DRAMA REVIEW: Sensory Couple Episode 15-16

wedding

I don’t know how this ending managed to sneak up on me but it did and I have to say, as far as endings go, this one was pretty good. It’s never fun to say goodbye to a drama you’ve been enjoying but at least this one left us with a satisfying sense of closure. Of course before we say goodbye, we have two rather exciting episodes to talk about so let’s get to it! Continue reading “ZOMBIE’S DRAMA REVIEW: Sensory Couple Episode 15-16”
