ZOMBIE’S T-DRAMA REVIEW: Fall In Love With Me Episode 7

car change 2

This week Lu Tian Xing is quickly becoming Le Si’s bad penny, popping up everywhere while Xiao Lu is slowly distancing himself from both Le Si and OZ. Will the absence of one clear the way for the presence of another? At this point, I highly doubt it but let’s dig into this week’s episode of Fall in Love With Me and see what we can uncover, shall we?

Episodes Nine and Ten mark the half-way point of Angel Eyes which means these two episodes were nothing short of an emotional roller-coaster. From moments of sorrow and heartache to moments of sheer bliss, this week’s episodes had them all which means we’ve got a lot to discuss so let’s get to it!

ZOMBIE’S T-DRAMA REVIEW: Fall In Love With Me Episode 6

happy birthday cakeLast week’s preview of this week’s episode had me wondering why Tian Xing would suddenly decide he needed to make Le Si fall in love with him when things were progressing so well as Xiao Lu. Turns out sweet Uncle Fu was the man behind Tain Xing’s plan and I really should have known as it’s always the quite ones you’ve got to watch out for… Continue reading “ZOMBIE’S T-DRAMA REVIEW: Fall In Love With Me Episode 6”

HALLYU ZOMBIE DRAMA REVIEW: Doctor Stranger Episodes 3-4 (2/2)

doc rock 1 doc rock 2

Tanya: I really want to start off talking about Dr. Oh. I’m happy this show has more than one strong female lead and I’m particularly fond of how Dr. Oh’s brother’s constant attempts to irk her always fail miserably.

Zombie: I really want to know what the back-story is between these two. I know that we were given a glimpse into Dr. Oh’s past this week and we now know what her relationship is with her father and how she came to live in his house but we know nothing else. It’s obvious that her step-brother is not fond of her, at all, but has he always been that way? Was there a time that they actually got along but as time has passed, they’ve had a falling out? At this point I’m most inclined to believe that he’s always been a spoiled brat and he’s never liked the fact that Dr. Oh ruined his happy home life and invaded his territory but I can’t say that with any sort of certainty.

Tanya’s Say: A Letter of Reflection

Hello dear ZombieMamma readers,

I’m hijacking this website once again simply because I can… and because it needs to be done since I get to see everything that goes into all the work that ZombieMamma does (not only for this site, but also for other sites that she writes for). Also, simply for the fact that I also do all of this myself for my own site, as well as DramaFever and others, so I know that she’s going out of her mind while trying to keep as quiet as possible. Hallyu Zombie Drama Review: Doctor Stranger Episodes 3-4 (1/2)

The intrigue and humor of this drama leave me pleasantly surprised this week. While it is definitely a melodrama, there just happens to be enough medical theme and humor laced in to make it almost lighthearted. Lee Jong Suk continues to prove why he is near the top of my “amazing actors” list. He seamlessly moves between the different emotions in the show without any of the situations feeling off or out of place.

FRIDAY NIGHT DRAMA: Secret Love Affair

kissThis week brought with it the end of JTBC’s Secret Love Affair so it only makes sense to mention it as a weekend marathon option but I have to warn you now, this is not going to be my typical “oh I love this drama and you have to go watch it right now” review. TUNE OF THE WEEK: Megan Lee “8dayz”

3With so much sadness, anger, hurt and frustration in the world of K-Pop this week, I decided we needed a bright and happy Tune of the Week to cheer us up and make us all feel better and wouldn’t you know, Megan Lee has made her debut with a song that should do the trick. Bright, cheery and adorable, Megan Lee’s  “8dayz” is such a sweet, feel-good song, I was instantly inspired to make it this week’s featured tune.
